I R @ Wrk

So, because of the remodeling and the new year, work has been super busy as of late. So there went a major portion of my blogging... But, today is a Friday, so it's a little less busy today. I'm working for Becca by the way. You know, the chick who keeps writting in here when I walk away about how much I love her... She's cool though. But anyways.

I sorta feel bad. Why? Because I've been busy. Sure, all this bussiness makes me feel bad physically (I had like a three day spat recently where I really didn't eat anything significant... I just wasn't hungry), but it's hurting me emotionally too. It's like this: I consider myself to be an artist. I try my best to be a renaisannce man, with proficiency in all sorts of fields. But that's the problem. 1.Going to school full time in attempts to get my architecture degree does not allow much time for me to take classes for sheer enjoyment or for the sake of learning, and 2.School really robs my time. I mean, I've got so many projects for myself ranging from film to paint to music to video games... All of it. But I never really get around to finishing any of it, let alone getting it out there and recognized by others... It sucks, and college does nothing to help. Blarg. But it also seeps into this [my blog].

I mean, this'll be my 85th post. Which is cool, I'm excited and all... but I've been skipping so much now... and I've still only got one person who actually reads this blog with any sort of consistancy... and now even he is skimping on his blog... It just seems like there's not enough time in the day for everyone to do what they want... Ugh

I guess I'm really just bored now... There's a swim meet going on (for my school no less... I didn't even know we had a fucking team...). Fuckign swimmers. I hate them!!!! I'm just gonna go now.

Bye

And When The Name Tag Went Through-

So, in the spirit of a lazy as shit college student, I will do the least amount of work possible, and just explain (in great detail) what happened to me Sunday night...
Align Left

It all started when Jacob showed up at work. I worked from 12:30 to 8:30... He probably showed up at about 4 or so... (That's a really non-factual estimate. This isn't the first time Jake has shown up at work to keep me busy, but this was certainly the earliest time he'd ever shown up. So he and I talked whenever it was convenient for me (he also followed me around for a bit, so he knows how silly the lock-out situation really is). But anywho, the night was rolling along like any other Sunday... Which basically means, by the 5th or 6th hour, I was going crazy and wanted to go home. But, nonetheless, I pushed through it all and persevered. Jake and I talked about all sorts of random stuff while I kept telling him to censor his language because he can't swear at my job (at least, not by members...). That's one of the many reasons why Jake kept reminding me: "I could never do your job", to which I would remind him- $7.50 an hour, and about an average 20 hours a week... I like money, and this works out well for me. He can kiss my ass... So anyways, everything was going fine up until about 7-ish. That's when this little boy came out into the hall and took a seat. He was quiet at first, but that didn't last long... He then got up and stood next to our sample locker we have in the hallway. He was there for a few seconds putzing around with it. I didn't think much of it because it was already locked... So then he asks me "how do you work this", to which I replied, "You punch in four numbers..." blah, blah, blah, ect. ect. After giving this same spiel about fifteen hundred times, I don't feel like typing it now. So anyways, then he asks why it's locked. I tell him. And he asks if I can open it. I say no, but my manager can. He asks why. I tell him. Then he asks if I can open it... So this conversation went around and around for a good five minutes or so before Jake decided to chime in with a "I could never do your job", and a "at my job, we can say whatever we want", to which I replied "At least I've got a name tag!" and subsequently threw my name tag at him (See picture).

(Aforementioned Name Tag)

So I turn back around as the kid continues to ask his questions... After about five more of his terrible questions (who ever said there's no such thing as a bad question clearly hasn't worked with the general public) Jake says my name. So I turn around and see that Jacob is trying to toss me my name tag back. No throwing it with any sort of force, just a nice toss... So I catch it... And then realize that somehow the pin had come undone in the air and stabbed into my thumb! WHAT THE FUCK?!?!?! So I yank it out Steve Irwin style and apply pressure on it with my other hand. My expression was a mixture of pain, amazement, and humor. I was dancing around for a second or two before I finally lifted up my hand to show him my now bleeding puncture wound. I then ran into the nearby kitchen (Don't ask) to wash it. For such small holes, the blood was flowing like STDs out of a prostitute! I let my hand just sit under the water, still laughing mind you. How the Hell did that even happen?!?!? And then, the little kid starts getting curious, so he rushes over "What happened?!?!", luckily, Jake intercepted him and told him to stay away. And I was still laughing. God, how could this happen??? So then, the little boy, did just one more thing to make the story even better. He picks up my name tag and says, "hey, there's still blood on this!". You don't touch that!!! I screamed for him to put it down. It was a bloody name tag for God sake! So I finally turned the water off. The blood was still coming out (not as bad though), so I grabbed a towel and wrapped my hand in it. Coincidentally, my manager just happened to be walking by at that moment, so I looked straight into her eyes and said, "I had a little accident". To which she replied with the most dead pan face I've ever seen, "Are you serious?". I said yes and replayed all of the events for her. She told me to stop with my "shenanigans" and said she'd watch my desk as I went to get some band-aids. But... the story's not quite done yet. As I got to the other desk to get me some band-aids, I hear the walkie-talkie. Lock out. So I pick it up fearing the worst... Yep. It was for me. I had to go into the locker room and open up someone's locker. Meanwhile, my hand is wrapped in a towel like a fucking burn victim. I tried to keep it hidden, but it's hard not to notice when someone's hand is wrapped in what used to be a white towel, and is now a blood stained rag. Luck for me, the guy chose to just let it slide, and didn't ask me about it (phew!). Yep... That was my Sunday night. I got stabbed by a vindictive bastard of a name tag. Shit happens (see title).

And for your viewing pleasure, I've thought to add pictures! (note: it's now Thursday, this happened Sunday, so it's a little harder to see now. But, not to worry, I've added a very descriptive diagram along with the original picture)

Beside Myself In Time

Where to begin... It's not that it's a hard decision, not a lot has happened in the past two days, but I still have a sense of speechlessness... I've got a lot of things runnign through my head.

Okay, may as well start off with yesterday. So... it turns out that I had Beau stick around on campus for nothing... Yeah, that free food we were gonna get... yeah... Turns out they were there on Thursday, not Friday... WHOOPSI!!! So Beau left and I stuck around for my last class. Archy drawing was... well... archy drawing... we did get out a little earlier due to an assignment having to be turned in. This was the last assignment due since my perspective street corner, with King Kong ravaging the city... Jake called me while I was in the process of posting my assignment up, and I tried to keep it breif with him because me cell had like NO minutes left. Which sucked, not that I use it all that much, but when I'm out and about, which again, doesn't happen all that often, it is nice to have. So I got all my school shit done, then headed to the bus stop. I ended up waiting like 20 minutes because I missed the bus I normally catch. In hind sight... I really wish I would have caught that earlier bus... So, anywho, I wa son the bus headed home... when all of a sudden Kiwi calls me. I'm really surprised I noticed he called. My phone's vibrate sux donkey!!! So then he asks where I am, and tells me that his dad can give us a ride to Jake's and blah blah blah blah blah! So my phone has even less minutes at this point. I tell him to call Steve then call me back. I would like to get a ride to Jake's, but Kiwi's dad was taking them around the same time I'd pull into BD. Sooooooooooooooo we just agree to have him call me back. Becca is so incredible! I love her so much! <---------- Wow... I should never walk away from the computer at work.... Anyways, I finally got home, threw my stuff on the ground and went to the bathroom. As fate would have it, Kiwi called me mid-shit... He tells me that Steve is awall, and his dad is gonna give them a ride. I ask if they can't just give me 5 minutes to get ready... He agrees and I get to work. I make myself a hotpocket, pack my bag, and leave a note for my mom. Next thing I know, they show up. So we leave. We all spent a few hours at Jakes before we left to go to Leanas. We got a bunch of crap that will likely lead to our own individual demise... Oh well, we leave, go to, and fail at, Walgreens. Then we head back to Jake's. I tried to get some chicken at KFC (I was being festive... it was Capitol), but they were homo and close the inside early... Anyways, we get back to Jake's (It only took us like three times... all my fault...sry) and sat around some more. Beside the larger fact of just being there, some major points were: 1. I downloaded a major portion of the first season of Rugrats (I'm now finished qith the first, and some of the second), 2. We all walked to Leana's [Food Market], 3. Kiwi may or may not have found a way to buy his longed-for bootleg of The Uninvited... So around 11:20, we all left to catch the bus. Kiwi and I were the only ones taking it, but we all left. Kiwi and I got on the bus, and went home (I less than three the 12!!!). That was Friday, and although I wrote that on Saturday, it's now Monday... It's just been a saved draft for the past few days. Let's see. Saturday was pretty lame. First, I filled in for a co-worker, so I was there for 6 1/2 hours, and there was a swim meet going on. I wish they would have just moved my desk to the much quieter area, but nooooooooooooooooooooooo, I'm not good enough for that! I get to stay in the over-crowded room by all the white people. And that's another thing... I hate swimmers. All these fucking white people who are douches!!! (Note to anyone who may not actually know me personally... I am Caucasian... I think...)

Oh God, it's now Tuesday and I still haven't posted this damn thing... Screw it, here it goes...

*Insert Random Throat Gurgling*

I know, I know. I haven't blogged since Tuesday. If it makes you feel any better, I haven't done any homework since then either.... So its not like I'm leaving my blog for a limber whore...

Anywho, I've actually been meaning to blog because, in a way, I did have some shit to say. So school has been a pain, I mean, I've got a lot of art... Plus, with that new laptop, I waste A LOT of time! For God's sake, I found all the episodes of Rugrats!!! Who wouldn't be excited to download all that stuff?!?!?!

Some other quick details of the past few days: Ummm... I drank a Rockstar Pomegranate yesterday. It was good, but it sorta tasted like cranberry juice. You know, that tart flavor that almost stops in the middle of it? I also found out yesterday that I've got two tests coming up, so I'll have to study for both. I really do want to keep pretty solid grades this semester... Not to say that last semesters grades were all that bad (my lowest was a B-), but still... I gotta keep my shit up for Archy.

Wednesday was pretty laid back... Mondays and Wednesdays are always pretty slow for me. My first class starts at 9, goes till 10. My next class doesn't start till 3:30, so, I've got a nice 5 hour break. So I usually go home inbetween and get a few hours to lay back a bit.

So, I guess that's it, let's move on to today. I woke up a few times during the night, but it was okay. Every time I woke up, I felt rested... So I knew that by the time I finally was supposed to get up, I'd be more than okay. I was a little worried because I did stay up a bit later than normal because I was, big surprise, downloading an episode of Rugrats, and watching Afro Samurai. Wow... Afro Samurai is not subtle at all... In the first two episodes (the only ones I watched), about 12 gallons of blood were spilled (that's a conservative estimate too), They dropped the F-bomb about 12 times (most of wich by Sammy J (who is awesome in it!)), and Afro had mad crazy kinky sex. It is pretty entertaining, and I'm no longer one for much anime... mainly because of all the stupid shit out there, and all of these preteen kids running around talking about Naruto... Oh, and to all you anime fans, the Dragon Ball movie looks hilarious! It looks about as good as the show too, which if you've seen the show... not really setting the bar too high... So anyways, I finally woke up, get ready, then caught the bus and came down here. My first class was archy theory, which I dipped in and out of sleep during (damn that fucked up my neck!). My next class doesn't start till 12:30, and I'm gonna try to hit up some free food with Beau at the Archy building. Then at 12:30, I've got my archy drawing class, which I wouldn't mind as much if it wasn't 3 fucking hours long...

Yeah, I'm tired of writting now. Byez!

Exhaustion

Okay, this morning I got up at 6:00. Now, last night I had wanted to get to bed a lot earlier than normal because I haven't been getting as much sleep as I should... but I didn't. First, I had problems with Heroes. All I wanted to do was watch it, but my tv kept acting gay and blitzing out every time anyone was going to utter any sort of important dialogue. It got so bad that Andrew and I just said to Hell with it, we'll watch it online. Then I was having problems with my internet. After that subsided I quick finished up the stuffs I was doing online, then moved on to my art homework. I even tried to hurry that up, but I still didn't finish till quarter after 11.

So I got to bed probably closer to 11:30, and the sleep I did get wasn't that great. So I got up, got dressed, ate, ate some more, packed my shit than laid back down for a minute... By the time I got up, I somehow turned all scatter-brained... So it took me like three times to finally get going. I got outside and 'hit it' like the kid from My Bloody Valentine 3D! I still didn't make it to the stop in time, but I was able to flag the bus down and hop on. Art was art. This time it was a naked guy, but I'm okay with that, no homo, because I see a lot of dick at work... a lot of dick...next was art history, which I might add, I was fully awake for. Why? You guessed it, I brought myself an energy drink (I actually drank most of it in art because I felt more than slightly dead...). Today's was a no carb, no sugar Rock Star. Honestly, that was one of the best energy drinks I've ever had. It tasted like those really beastie blue-berry hard candys. Mmmmmmm mmmmmmmm!!! Now it was time for lunch where I mapped out my homework schedule for the next few days. Then I ate my lunch. I almost missed my math class because for some reason I thought it started at 2:30, when in reality, it started at 2. Somehow, as if by divine intervention, I remembered it wasn't at 2:30, it was at 2, at 1:50. So I got to class. My TA talked about getting hammered, then drinking the next morning, you know, the usual.

I got home around 4, which I'm used to. Putzed around for close to ten minutes, grabbed my supper, got dressed, then went to work. The first hour or so of work was easy-squeezy. You know, nothing wrong, no body yelling at me... and popcorn... But then, it all went to shit. Hundreds of people just pouring through the door (maybe not hundreds...). There was a god damn line to get scanned in at the front. For a while, we had NO towels. I mean NONE! Sure, we've run low, even run out of the small ones in the wellness center... but NONE!!! This was mainly due to the fact that my boss, who was supposed to have worked earlier today. Instead of working though, he had a meeting to go to. So he left Nick all by himself. Now, without trying to cause too much controversy, Nick has down-syndrome. He should not be left alone... So work was a constant pain in my ass, slowly sucking the life out of me. I actually broke a sweat... A full fledged sweat (side-note: I don't tend to sweat)...That ain't right... So now, as I verge on the 16th hour of my day, I am no longer tired, I am beyond a shadow of a doubt: exhausted. Now, we talked about this in English (the working student), so I know others have to deal with this sort of shit, and I acknowledge that. I'm not trying to "overly" complain, and try to draw out all of my melodrama... but c'mon... I've got to get some credit here...

Well, at least I know I'll sleep well tonight.

Here It Comes!

So I haven't in a few days... fuck you...

Moving on, I've been busy as of late, and I really have no other excuses other than that. I mean, between work, school, and my piss poor social life... I'm pretty booked. However, I've still got some things to report to y'all.

First: Ummm... this weekend was pretty run of the mill. I mean, I worked Saturday and Sunday, and Valentine's day was a bust... The only Note worthy part of my weekend (at least the only one I want to write) was when this little boy came up to my desk and started talking to me. First he asked me what a bowl on my desk was made of (it was glass b to the w), then he asked me why the top wasn’t sharp. I told him it’s because they had smoothed it out. So he ran his hand across it with a childlike innocence. Then this old woman came over (bitch thought I don’t know how to watch one itty-bitty kid for a few minutes), she asked the boy “where’s your mommy?”… That’s when the kid pulled this pimp move. He stared at her for a second, looked away, then said, “stop talking to me, you’re a stranger”. Then he turned around and walked away. He fronted her life! Then the old woman asked me where his mom was and I was all like: Shut up bitch, I got this on lock down! Now piss off before you scare the kid more!… But the kid’s mom came out and took the little pimp away. It was hilarious.

Hrum… Yeah, today’s event’s don’t really matter much, so I’m just gonna devote the remainder of this blog to extras. So I’ve gotten a lot of new music as of late: Fly Leaf (Fly Leaf), Fear of a Black Planet (Public Enemy), The Wall (Pink Floyd), all of the Halo soundtracks, all of the Metroid Prime soundtracks, Saul Williams cds (all 4), Audio (Blue Man Group), Not an Angel (City Sleeps), A Crow Left of the Murder (Incubus), both of the Gorillaz cds, an Offspring and a Green Day cd (I’m not quite sure which ones… It’ll only take me a minute to find out, but I’m lazy), Make Yourself (Incubus), Incredibad (The Lonely Islands), Has Been (William Shatner), A Beautiful Lie (30 Seconds to Mars), Want (3OH!3), Cruel Melody (Black Light Burns), V is for Vagina (Puscifer)… Oh God… there’s probably even more (I haven’t done a good music review for a long time…). So, as you can see, that’s a lot… And I don’t feel like doing a full review on all of them, so I’ll just pick out a few (to be quite honest, I haven’t listened to all of them yet either…). Okay, first, pick up/listen to Incredibad by The Lonely Islands. This cd is funny as shit while demonstrating extencive knowledge in pop culture as well as music programming. It’s great. Also check out Fly Leaf’s self titled cd. True, it’s nothing really new, or ground braking, but they demonstrate a nice sound while leaving room for experimentation. Plus it’s nice to her recorded acoustic versions of almost all of their songs! Umm… the game soundtracks (Halo & Metroid) are all really good. The Halo ones are more ’song’ like, but the Metroid ones are well programmed haunting techno. If you’re into poetic hip-hop with a beastie message and nice old school sounds, check out Saul Williams (I is gonna see him soons!). Oh, and listen to William Shatner… Just do it, he’s got that voice you know?

Yeah, I wish I would have kept better track of my music as of late. Oh well, we all move on. Now, onto the big reveal. I’ve finally got off my ass, created my Youtube account, and have… made my first vlog! Now, I can have vlogs to accompany my pre-existing blogs. It’ll be fun, hope you enjoy it!

I'm on a Boat!

Never thought I'd be on a boat! It's a big blue watery road!

Ah... yes yes... So, I listened to Kiwi's and Steve's copy of Incredibad (The new cd put out by The Lonely Islands(If you don't know, you're retarded, and should just go here)). I must say, there are multiple songs on that cd that are INFECTIOUS!!! Yeah, sure, about half of the songs everybody has heard already on SNL Digital shorts, but they're still awesome! So far, my favorite songs (minus the digital short songs) Would have to be: "Like a Boss", "Boombox", and "I'm on a boat"(see lyrics above). Yeah.

Anyways, it hit me this morning (more on that latter) that I never posted yesterday... I had intended to post form the laptop... but I guess I just... forgot... Crazy right? I remembered I had something specific to say, but now I can't remember it (I've got a terrible memory. I mean, I often forgot to write myself reminders... It's that bad). So, yesterday was pretty full, and by full I mean, I never really got to lay back for too long. First, I woke up at 6, got ready ect., left, started class at 8. I was in art until 11. That's when art history started. (Oh my God! I remembered what I was gonna say!!!) I stayed awake in art history!!! Why? Because I brought an energy drink (kinda like last semester... Yay!!! Living off of artificial means!!!) Today's drink was a Rock star, which was pretty good, it tasted bubble-gummy. But the best thing was, it worked. I mean, it kept me awake ALL morning. So after art history, I had to walk back across campus to my art history discussion. Discussion was REALLY easy, but I am hard core getting sick of art... I mean, my arch drawing class, my arch theory class, my art class, my art history class, and my art history discussion... all of them are talking about perspective. ALL of them, and I first learned the mathematically side of perspective maybe... freshman year of High School... and every consecutive year since. But I got through it all, got an hour break for lunch before my last class of the day (sort of). Math was just another class... We got let out a little early again, so I wasted a few minutes online before catching the bus back home. I was there for about an hour before I had to take myself back outside, and headed to work. Now, I didn't have to work last night, but I went because we had a training seminar. It started at 5, and went until 7, so I thought they would supply us with something to eat... but they didn't (which was homo!!!). The stuff we were taught was really easy, despite our system being the stupidest nonuser-friendly p.o.s. ever! The end got pretty funny... Like when our 'teacher' asked if we had any questions and Debra said "No, I'm just trying to get the Hell out of here and go home!"... that was funny (picture Debra as one of those stereotypical black women at church). We finally got out, I took some popcorn and a Gatorade from downstairs, then went home. I ate, helped a little around the house, took a shower, then pissed away time on the lollernets till 12. I hadn't planned on staying up that late... I was actually all ready to go to bed at 11...

And, that's probably the reason that this morning happened. I woke up at 6:30 like I was supposed to... but I turned off my alarm and went back to sleep... My mom woke me up an hour later when she woke up for work. I quick had to get up and get ready to catch the next bus. I still got onto campus on time though (I allot myself extra time in the mornings for just such an occasion). I slept in my Archy theory class anyways, which comes as no surprise to me. That class ended and I went on over to the union, where I've actually got some stuff done.
1. I watched the newest Arby n' the Chief
2. I watched the last Heroes episode
3. I talked to Kiwi
4. I saw Beau
5. Listened to the censored "I'm on a Boat" (stay away! The reall one is better... despite the gunshots)

Yep... now I'm pretty hungry, so I think I'll go eat. After that I've got one more class (which I already know we'll be doing some shit in...), then I'm on the bus home! K. Bai.

Tomorrow's Forecast *Pause, Evil Cowel*, Sunny!

Okay, so maybe that should have been the title for yesterday's post, but as you may have guessed, I was NOT in the mood... so it will be today's title, talking about today in terms of yesterday... wait... yeah

So, I'm happy to report that today has been a far better day than that of yesterday. The day started today at 6. I woke up, and headed downstairs. I heated up some oatmeal and finished packing up my lunch. I got back upstairs a little late, but I knew I had enough time (because I'm awesome). I ended up taking more time than I had wanted to, but I hauled ass and caught the bus no problem. First up: Art. Today was a pretty normal class. We had another model come in. This one was about as old as the first, less hairy though. She also had bitch-tits. For those of you having problems picturing that, allow me to paint you a word picture. They were long, very round, pepperoni nipples, and they bounced more than the girls in a D.o.A. game!... Yeah... and don't judge me just because I can describe an older woman's boobs, I had to stare at them for close to three hours! Anyways, Next up: Art History. This class is boring. I don't really know how else to describe it... I took about five naps before class ended. When that was over I went to eat, and finish my take home quiz (which I've pushed back since Thursday...). I quick finished it... it looked... mostly correct... Last but not least: Math. We got our other quizzes back today (I got an 8 out of 10! Total bullshit!... oh well... I can live with that). Then we went over the new quiz (I'll probably get somewhere around the same score as the first). Then we reviewed and he let us out early on the note that it was time for beer... Yeah... T.A.s are cool! So I waited for my bus (there really needs to be a bus that comes around 3... This half an hour break between 2:45 and 3:15 shit has got to go! I got home a little before 4, however today I brought my key (which was a good thing because Andrew, the douche, left and locked the door again...). I wish I had more time at home... but I didn't I left about 20 minutes later. I got to work and I've been here ever since. The night has gone by pretty fast (with only a few pitfalls*), but I still feel like I should be done with the week. I've earned it... no more work! But alas, I have plenty of work left to the week, including a training meeting at work on Thursday... Damn... Yeah, that's pretty much it for today, bye-bye internet cowboys!

*So there was this one fuck head in the men's locker room. Now, I've gotten pretty used to doing like 20 lock outs a night, the shit's just normal now. But this guy... Oh my God! First off, I'm the only male staff member in the building, so I was the only one that could help this guy. However, he told my coworker about his problem, and he practically yelled at her in doing so. So she jumped on the radio, and got me in there. This guy... I mean... this guy. If there is a mental disability that causes everyone around you to suddenly hate you, this guy had it. If there is a mental disability that causes "retards" to laugh and or garner pity towards you, this guy had it. He was so pissed that he locked himself in his locker yet again, when in reality, he was just fucking stupid, and didn't know a damn thing about the lockers. They're really simple (for those of you that don't know), all you do is pick one out, enter four numbers in it, lock it, enter the same four number and reopen it. He would put four numbers in... and then bitch that he's locked out... OF COURSE IT'S LOCKED YOU FUCKING LOCKED IT!?!?! So, I mustered up all my strength to keep my cool as I repeated the instructions to him over... and over... and over again... Then he started saying that he was gonna have a heart attack and he started swearing and throwing his fist into his head... Oh God... It was pathetic...

Short And Simple... Fuck My Life

So, I don't normally post more than once a day. But I feel as though I have to. Basically, I got royally fucked in the ass tonight. So, I got off the bus at 5:35. I ran home as to squeeze in 5 minutes before I had to head off to work... But when I got there, THE DOOR WAS FUCKING LOCKED. So now I'm locked out of my house, and I've got to get to work in 15 minutes. So I put the call out for Andrew, and go figure, no luck. Ooops... So I go to work anyways, have to wear am extra staff shirt, and have not eaten for ten hours now... I'm, hungry, I'm hot, and I'm pissed off. Oh, and to ad the cherry on top, I got a call from my mom (who I had called to tell her what was going on). Turns out my dad broke the front window to get in! Super!

And So Another Week Begins

Ah... sigh... It's Monday. I stayed up a little longer than I wanted to last night (not drastically though). I usually try to get to bed around 11 (while I'm in school), and last night, it was probably closer to 12. And to be honest, if anybody's got a problem with me think 11 is a perfectly legitimate bedtime, you can blow me! I like to sleep, why would you have a fucking problem with that? Who the fuck cares that I'm a college student, the way I see it, most college students stay up as late as they do for 2 reasons: 1.) Procrastination. We push shit off too far, and end up fucked at the last minute with a boat load of work to do (Yes I've been there. Intro to Archy last semester... yeah). and 2.) People stay up late because they want to wake up the next morning extremely tired. Now they can bitch about to garner sympathy from those surrounding them. True, we all like to have people on our sides of things, and to make people realize that our lives are no walk in the park... but whose is? Why should you get all the attention? Greedy little bastards... But anyways. This morning I woke a little while before my alarm went off, and I was really awake... like wide awake... it was crazy. So, I just sat there and figured I would wait for the alarm... And then I fell back asleep... I woke up a little later, turned off the alarm, and still just sat around. I finally got up at 6:50, which I was supposed to get up at 6:30... Then I went downstairs, ate and went back upstairs to pack my shit. I got my backpack, tried finding stuff to take with me today and finally made my way back downstairs... Long story short, I went up and down those stairs about 4 more times... I finally got out my door (I couldn't find my hat! Saaaaaaad face). I hauled ass of to the bus stop and just caught it. I got to school (fuck my life) and remembered I had to take a quiz online (I got a 6/10... good enough). I chatted with Beau for a bit, wasted some time on the internet, then went to class. My first class of the day is Architecture theory. I like the class [sort of], but it can get quite dull. So, in order to combat this, I brought myself an energy drink. Todays was a venom (sale + coupon... W00T!). It was good. I mean, it sorta tasted like a Monster (which if you don't know, is Satan's piss... I think) but much more berry...er... I liked it, and it did keep me awake through out class. Now, this got me thinking. I'm no fan of monster. I mean, I can stomach the stuff if necesary, but I'm no fan by any means. But this stuff sorta tasted like it... and it kept me awake... what? Does this mean that Monster effectively does what it's supposed to? Hmmmmmm. So this got me thinking, for the integrity of my ongoing highly scientific list of energy drinks, how they taste, and how well they 'work'. So, wish me luck, because I will be purchasing and review Monster energy drinks in the coming weeks (if they're on sale... Hey! Fuck you guys! I save money!). Once I got out of class, I ate my lunch, drew for a little while, and handed in my architecture work. I'm a bit dissapointed at the quality of my work, but I'm hoping they take it [a little] easy on me because it is the first assigment of the semester. Yeah. Now, I'm writing my blog, which I'm fairly enjoying. I'm also (yet again) watching sXePhil's videos. Now, I know it sounds like I watch him alot, but in reality, he just has a shit ton of videos and I don't have a shit ton of time. My next class, which doesn't start until 3:30 (it's 12:30...), is English and I'm not all that excited about it. Why? well one because it's English, but two because I forgot to bring a pencil with me... Yeah, how am I supposed to write in an English class, with no pencil (see title)... And on top of that, I've got work tonight. I haven't had work work on a Monday since the Summer. Blarg. I only have about 4 hours of work tonight, which isn't bad at all, It's just the fact that I work for four days in a row. I don't like working a bunch of days in a row because it kills my scheadule. It's like I take a bus here, take a bus home, go to work, go home to sleep, wake up at 6, then do it all again. Sigh. I'll also be missing Heroes tonight, which I guess in a way I'm used to, and will just catch it online some time during the week (or if my internet buddy at home sticks around, I coule do it there ^.^). I guess that's about everything. I'm trying to think of shit to just cram in here because I'm bored... With nothing coming to mind I will bid thee farewell...

People Take Swimming WAY Too Serious

Yeah, my title explains most of my weekend... but that's for later. First... Hmmm... I'm pretty sure I've missed a few good days for blogging, but, to be quite honest... I haven't really felt like it. But, now here I am, and I'll pick out a few key points from the past few days. Okay, well, one thing you may have noticed as of late is that I've taken down the walmart shopper (lol) and replaced it with Google adsense. Why? Because Walmart doesn't care about us blogging shmos, but Google is willing to pay us... so I added Google adsense in the hopes that it would make me at least a little moneys for blogging all the damn time. Now, does that make me a sell out??? I don't think so. You wanna know why? 1. Because I am setting aside none of my beliefs or morals. I am simply trying to turn a minute profit for something I enjoy doing (which sorta contradicts the part where I said I didn't wanna blog). and 2. ... No one reads my blog... I'm likely never to make ANY money from it... and how can you sell out with nothing being sold??? K.

This probably goes without being said, but school has been a major pain in my asshole. I mean... it hurts...

I also finally got myself a YouTube account. I hadn't wanted to create one until I had some videos to actually post (I didn't want to be like all these damn people who make accounts with horribly gay names and 1 crappy Naruto music video...

Things got really flubbed up with plans this weekend. Mainly because Kiwi went on a camping trip. God... What a prick! He's so selfish!!! (Kiwi... yes, offense). We ended up spending Fri. night parked outside my house trying hard as Hell not to look supsicious (easier said than done in BD). Also, we were suppossed to go to Jakes (and believe me, I did want to... I think I've actually only been there once... maybe twice), but it got too late to catch a bus and Steve was at K-Gadz house. Well, in hindsight, I did stay up till like 2 anyways (hadn't planned on it, but I'll explain that in a bit). I did however almost fall asleep at 7... yeah... So, instead I cracke dout the laptop and started putzing around with a few files (music/movies mainly). Then... I got bored, and opened up my connection center (note, I have yet to speak with my mom about a high speed lollernet service)... There were a bunch of networks that were around me, most of which needed passwords to access... but... some didn't... So, I clicked on one, and actually got connected to the internet... SWEET! So I was playing on the internet laughing and laughing. I ended up downloading Saul Williams discography (if you don't know him, look him up! None of his cds were at the library though... sad face. I'm also gonna try to go see him at the union on the 25th), and William Shatners cd. That's right, William Shatner recorded a cd... Danny Craine! Anywho... That's why I stayed up till 2... I had the lollernet [sort of] on my laptop.

And now here I am... still at work. I've been here for a little over 7 hours now, and I'm going out of my mind... We had a swim meet today (as we have for the whole weekend), a big fucking swim meet. I mean... people were parking at Pick N. Save big (for anyone who may not know... that's crazy). So, naturally it was much more chaotic here, but none of that really affected me all too much. My desk has been moved on the complete other side of the building. However, to add to all of that, all the loonies decided to join us here tonight. I mean people have been nuts. One guy wanted us to call the police because he thought two people had fake handicap license plates, kids were running about, everyone seems to have lost everything and blames us for their dissaperance, and Mrs. Pipins was just being herself. Let me explain. Mr. Pipins a.k.a. Tom Pipins, is a local sports news caster. He works for fox 6 so he's automatically less of a person, but nonetheless, pretty nice guy. His kids are nice and entertaining to talk to (and fun to convince I have a twin). His wife however, Mrs. Pipins... is fucking crazy! I feel like a dick saying it, but she was chasing her son in her swim suit screaming at him. She was screaming on her phone, and had a few crying fits... just tonight!!! It's to the point where I fear for those childrean... And apperently Mr. & Mrs. are getting a divorce, so now she's all extra crazy... My God, today has just been really weird... It's like everything has just shifted over a few feet and thrown everything off. To sum it up, allow me to steal a line from sXePhil: "Bitches be crazy".

And now I am all kinds of excited to get the Hell out of here and go home!

My Heart Beat Stumbles As My Back Bone Crumbles

Well, well, well... Last night, I was able to actually go to Kiwi's house for Mon. night shows! It started with Big Bang Theory, which I don't know shit about! And we kept flashing back and forth to Chuck, which was in "3D" (it was pretty bad...). Then HIMYM came on and I, regrettable had to turn my back on it, turn my music way up, and try my best to ignore it. It's sad, but I have not kept up with season 4 (It's all your damn fault CBS!!!). Then, after that, we had Heroes. It was a pretty good episode, but I'm still pissed they started a new 'volume', because it's just going to be another dvd for me to have to buy! That ended, we listened to music ect. till 10 when the Simpsons came on. I tried to leave like three times, but the Simpsons kept pulling me back in. So I finally left, took the bus home, hopped in the shower, then went to bed.

This morning I woke up at six. Then said fuck and went back to bed. I slept till about 6:18, realized I had to catch a 6:56 bus, and jumped out of bed. I ate breakfast and got all my shit together, I left just on time, and walked to the stop. It was snowing this morning, so I had my sad/annoyed face on. I got to school a little late (damn bus!), so I just headed to class.Mmmmm-mmm, art class at 8 in the morning! And, to make today just start off swimmingly, we had a nude model come in... that's right, a chick de-robed for all of us to draw her for 3 hours...BUT... she was old enough to be my mom, and looked like she has/had a drug problem. Now, I kept my cool in class, but I really didn't want to look at her old, wrinkly, unshaven body...so after 3 hours of that, I ran to art history (which is across campus mind you). That was pretty boring, and my head dipped down a few times. That class is only an hour though, so I got out okay. Then my two hour long lunch (I played on my computer). Trig was next. We had a one question quiz that was really easy (it would have been easier but I forgot my calculator and had to wait for the person sitting next to me to finish). I also laughed at the guy who sat on the other side of me because he failed at life (yeah so I kept looking at his quiz, it was only to watch him struggle). Then we went over the problem, and class was over. I got to the bus stop pretty early, but that wasn't the most annoying part. The more annoying part was that the bus was 20 minutes late... and I had work... and to make matters worse, there weren't two seats next to one another, so I had to put my art portfolio and bag in the seat behind me and hope the shit didn't fall. I finally got into Brown Deer, and as soon as I stepped off the bus, the wind picked up, thus blowing my crap all over the place. Now walking against the wind, I had to keep all of my bags on my shoulders, which caused the strap on my brand new bag to make a sort of ripping/dieing noise, which scarred me enough to have to hold it from the top. So I pratically ran home trying not to brake my bags or my back. I got in my house, tried getting feeling back in my hands, grabbed a can of soup then headed for work. By this time I was pissed off and really exhausted, but I got to work and have been here since (and no, I have not gone postal and killed everyone here yet). Yep. Now I'm gonna go home and pass out. Sounds like fun doesn't it?

It Is Groundhog's Day!

First, let me begin by telling you to go here, and watch the coolest collection of Groundhog Day Trailers EVER!!!

Okay, well, happy Groundhog's day. Now personally, I never saw much of a reason for this holiday. Now I know, it's because... well... there is no reason for this holiday... But it is one of those few holidays we sorta just have for fun (thus more or less causing a 'purpose' for it). But, I see no reason for it because I live in Wisconsin... It's winter here 9 months out of the year... Seriously. So, whatever that little rat wants to do today is up to him, see his shadow, don't see his shadow... it's all the same.

Moving on. K. Got off work last night and went home to eat. I ate and tried to catch the last few minutes of the super bowl. Wow... that game was crazy. I must say, I was "rooting" for the Cardinals. I mean, I really didn't care what team won either way, but I knew the Steelers were going to win, so why not cheer on the little guy? I also got to catch the Hulu commercial being aired. That one was actually pretty good. Once that was over, I ran as fast as I could out of the room before the post-game shit happened. Anywho, I popped in HIMYM season 3, and just putzed around on the computer for a while before finally just saying 'screw it' and going to bed.

This morning I woke up at 6:30, and got dressed, ate, packed my lunch, and went back to bed. I ended up just laying down for about 15 or so minutes. Then I got back up, grabbed my phone ect., and headed out. It took me awhile to get across the street to the bus stop (the traffic was a bitch. I hate traffic!). I just got to the bus stop when the bus came. Beau was at the next stop. We talked for a bit and wondered why we were the only ones on the bus at 7:35. Once we got to the union, we went to the computer lab and did our normal crap... Aubin wasn't anywhere, so I just blew time until 8:45, then left for class. My arch theory class was pretty interesting ("Geometry is a cult. No, not like cult like witches and shit" - My professor), and yet it's still kinda boring. Maddie text my sometime during class, and I laughed at her schedule (she has english at 8 every morning!!!), and then won our argument by bringing up the fact that I'm working, and effectively paying for school myself. Ownd... But yeah, class ended and I headed back to the union. I ate lunch, then pulled out my laptop for a little bit. My battery was almost dead, so I just came over to the lab and are using one of their computers now (It's easier than hunting down an outlet). I watched all of the superbowl commercials form last night on Hulu while writing my English essay. Once I was finished all that I went on over to youtube to find some music while I worte this. I tried looking for "Where'd You Go?" by Fort Minor, however... all of their videos were taken off... But, I did however find out that Linkin Park recorded a song/video with Busta Rhymes (Watch it NOW. Kiwi it's a little over 4 minutes long). I also found a "remix" of "Where'd You Go" where some guy recorded his own lyrics for the song, and it actually sounded really good (Okay, if you ignore all of my other random videos I've linked to, please check this one out! Support the unkown artists! PLZ?). Yep. I've got about another hour before my English class starts, so I'm just gonna sit around for a while and waste time... Damn. I really don't want to go to this class...

Just A Regular Sunday For Me...

Hi there folks. It's amazing, I've only been in school for the past week and I'm already sick of it. I feel so lifelessly tired already. I blame it on my 10-12 hours of sleep I was getting in December and half of January. Anywho, My weekend still had some good parts (and some slightly bad parts... they're coming, don't worry).

First, I filled in for Becca Fri. night, which I didn't mind really. More money for me, plus doing her a favor. Then I went home and sat around. Then on Saturday, I chilled out at the house for awhile before heading off to work. Every Sat. I work from 2-5, which is only a three hour shift, and it bothers me. It bothers me because 3 hours is next to nothing, and it's usually really slow and annoying. However, yesterday was INSANELY busy!!! It was busy because for the month of January we were waving the joining fee, so , of course, everyone joined January 31st... yeah... Plus I was more or less babysitting one of my coworkers daughters. She's 4 and really... bouncey. She's all over the place, but she's fun to entertain. We, the staff, also got cookies and little ham sandwiches for being awesome. True story. So, I finally got out of here about 5:15-5:30. Kiwi called me up and shortly after, the van came and I left to Pick N' Save, then Kiwi's. We all hung out there watching SNL, playing on my new laptop, eating pizza, drinking kool-aid, and making fun of Jack... I mean Jake. We were there till about 2:15, when Steve laid down the law and said "we leave, now!". So we did. I still got to bed about 3, but whatever.

So on to today. Super Bowl Sunday!... I think... I don't know, I've been stuck at work all day long. At least it was slow...
